Tulga Games LLC was a privately held digital game publisher and developer founded by ex-Artifact Entertainment employee David Bowman. Its stated mission was providing individuals and families with quality digital entertainment experiences. However, the company failed to accomplish this mission.
The only game on Tulga's roster was originally produced by Artifact Entertainment up to 2003, Horizons: Empire of Istaria, but it was taken over by EI Interactive in July 2006. As of August 2006, Bowman fired all of the employees and ceased development of existing and future games.
In September 2007, Tulga Games sold all of its game assets to Virtrium, LLC, a company founded by another ex-Artifact Entertainment employee Rick Simmons
